Job Description

·Manage the Finance and Accounting function of helping the businesses in their operations.
·Oversee all financial and operational controls within the organization.
·Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities.
·Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget
·Adviser to shareholders on financial matters.
Financial Management
·Prepare the Monthly profit and loss statement.
·Complete analysis of financial results; Make recommendations (strategic and tactical).
·Provide analysis of business initiatives (e.g. newly mobilized operations)
·Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
·Oversee cash, investment, and asset management.
·Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, auditors, public officials, etc. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
