Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial process for Services Cost for different Services Products (Offerings) in Europe and worldwide.
Support the Management teams (General Manager, Sales, Finance and Operations team) on all financial data, analysis, and process relevant to the day to day operation of the business.
Provide guidance and support to the Finance teams in different Geographies (Europe, America, Asia) on processes and policies.
Drive both the EMEA HQ and Market teams to the achievement of all business & financial targets
These are your detailed responsibilities:
. Responsible for the annual Budgeting of Services cost by offering by market by customer segment
. Support monthly forecasting process of Services Cost by offering by market by customer segment
. Support working with the GMs, Sales & Operation team, WW HQ to develop financial processes, Business Management Systems, measurements, analytics
. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
. Implement and work with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
. Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results
. Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.
. Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders
. Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions
. Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models
. Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture
Position requirements:
. Finance and Accounting degree
. 7 years of experience in FP&A and Services Business Unit
. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
. Experience using database querying tools, MS Dynamics 365, Services now, BPC , SAP
. Strong Motivation to work in a quickly changing environment of a growing business
. Strong communication skills
. Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
