Description:

Castles Plaza Real Estate is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist.
Preferred candidates should be willing to work full time and has the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
. Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them.
. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
. Keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
. Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
. Maintaining employee and department directories.
. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
. Accept deliveries and mail.

. Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers.
