A well-established financial services company is looking to hire a General Manager with at least 10 years experience in financial institutions. Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations and managing the resources to drive higher profit margin. Incumbent will ensure effective management of all aspects/activities involving operations, strategic business planning and development, cost control and overall profitability; ensure proper implementation of all Central Bank Regulations, AML Compliance policies and procedures. Ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of all applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations, Notices and the Standards related to Exchange Business in Qatar. Must be a Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study. CA, ACCA or CIMA certification and experience in money exchange business are an added advantage.
