Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing and codifying core marketing practices, processes, and frameworks.

Designing & Execute marketing campaigns (incl. identify target audience, set up digital campaign parameters, programs.)
Defining campaign budgets and set measurable marketing KPIs, track efficiency and ROI on marketing activities (utilize pixel, etc.)
Coordinating with stakeholders & partners to build and execute marketing programs (e.g., competitions, live events, etc.)
Leading marketing assets (video ads, animations, etc.) creation by supporting scripting, production.
Setting up, optimize, and launch digital advertisements across all social media platforms.
Monitoring social media platforms and adapt advertisement parameters based on competitive landscape shifts.
Analyzing communication with users and stakeholders and set improved communication guidelines to increase engagement.
Launching physical marketing campaigns (e.g., billboards, live physical events, etc.)

Coordinating with the Analytics team to define and update event mapping across the platform to synchronize with marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Proven marketing record and an extensive digital marketing background
Experience in ensuring consistent design and communication between marketing and platform digital asset portfolio

Mastery of digital marketing platforms, SEO, and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Appstore Ad Search, Android Ad Search)

Deep understanding of Kuwaiti cultural norms and habits across the country's key population segments
Connected to the pulse of the nation and are in-tune with latest news, events, and trend

Goal oriented problem solver who can structure and execute their own workstream end to end without intervention
