It’s a small cafeteria in Satwa, serving old-street flavors with 21st-century trends, Their menu is bursting with tasty food ranging from a variety of breakfast options, salads, and sandwiches. They believe in great food, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Job Role:
Will be assign to care for Shawarma and Grill section
Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables
Braising and grilling meat and vegetables
Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
Preventing cross-contamination
Preparing meals in accordance with customers preferences, if applicable
Male, 40 years old and below
Open to Syrian, Egyptian, and Indian candidates
High school graduate or any relevant field
With at least 2 years of experience with a small casual restaurant or cafeteria
Very good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong written/verbal English command
Must be sharp, energetic, and highly analytic
