Robert Walters is looking to recruit a Group Consolidation Finance Manager for a global technology company based in UAE. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record in the provision of high-quality support in all financial functions of the organisation.Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions relating to the commercial understanding of accounting practices, financial audit and reporting standards
  • Provide guidance and technical support on financial management and financial audit processes
  • Generate consolidated reports on corporate financials and management
  • Assist in rolling out a uniform best practice across all subsidiaries and legal entities within the group
  • Ensure that financial systems comply with the criteria for legislative, regulatory and corporate governance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or other related field
  • Candidate must be ACCA or CA
  • Proven track record of consolidating more than 10 subsidiaries at a time
  • Experience with using more than 3 ERP’s such as SAP, Oracle, and other in-house systems
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance Control function in a medium to large organization
  • Experience in UAE or Middle East is preferably
