Summary :
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Front Office/Communication Center is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operationswithin the Rooms Division.
Qualifications :
Passionate, action oriented and hardworking personalities with a minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused mindset, alongside fluent communication skills in English AND Arabic/German/Russian, as well as already located within the United Arab Emirates.
