Job Description :
A top bank in UAE is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the CX strategy and its execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the marketing and the customer experience team works in collaboration with all other business functions, consistently delivering end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Build and manage a team of business analysts, customer experience and marketing specialists with deep domain expertise in customer experience journeys.
  • Liaise with directors or heads of other teams to ensure customer-centricity in their respective departmental work.
  • Measure and track delivery ROI on identified transformation opportunities for customer experience along with driving continuous process improvement culture across customer experience.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of marketing and CX leadership experience supporting the launch of consumer-facing products + experience leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge in marketing/data analyitcs.
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Ideally, someone who have a mix between banking and IT/data experience.
