About the Role.
Manage the Subscription business within the UAE ensuring key financial & operational measures are exceeded providing growth, sustainability, and delivering highest customer satisfaction and profitability. Oversee the Subscription business's operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Provide leadership to position the Subscription business at the forefront of the mobility industry within the UAE. To maintain effective business relations with the Principal while aligning their mission and objectives with Al-Futtaim.
To provide support, both practical and strategic, to the goals of the subscription division. To set the growth agenda of the subscription business within the country.
Job Context.
  • To implement AF Subscription's business's strategic plan and report to the Leadership.
  • To collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the organisation in achieving the organisational goals.
  • To identify changes in the local and international mobility industry trends and adapt the business as required in line with the overall long term business goals

Key Roles & Responsibilities.
  • Revenue: Achieve the overall revenue target for first 3 years of subscription business.
  • To strengthen and enhance the customer proposition in line with market requirements and expectations.
  • Utilisation: Ensure high utilisation which improves revenue, margin and profitability for the region handled.
  • Strategic development of the subscription business delivering the vision for the future that provides sustainable growth.
  • Improve operational cost-effectiveness by ensuring the best deployment of assets, systems and human resources.
  • To develop the human resources within the business ensuring that optimum use of those resources is achieved, and succession plans are established.
  • Achieve financial objectives including Profit, RPD, PRM and ROCE.

About You
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Bachelor degree required
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 7 years experience in the rental, leasing or fleet management industries
  • At least 5 years experience at a ssenior management leadership role in large local or international company

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources, analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
