Job Description

As a Hostess, you will be responsible is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manage the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.
A sociable and outgoing person with a pleasing personality who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Someone who can create genuine, engaging and personalized relationships to create memorable restaurant arrival experiences for every guest. Someone who can maintain a calm disposition even when handling and balancing multiple tasks and guests requests and team members in an ever changing environment.
An ideal candiate will possess:
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
