About the Client:
The hiring company is a high-technology handicraft production dental facility located in the heart of Abu Dhabi aiming to offer high quality, technology edge dental service for routine, aesthetic and implant dentistry to the surrounding society
Job Role:
Answering employee questions
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
Maintaining calendars of HR management team
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Preparing new employee files and PRO works
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Requirements:
Open to Filipino nationals
Female, 38 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration or any relevant course
At least 3 years’ experience in administrative job in hospital or healthcare industry
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using MS Offices and Windows Application
Can join immediately or 2 weeks’ notice period is preferred
