HR & Admin Manager - (Arabic Speaker)
Major Responsibilities
  • To manage all Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation, career training & development, personnel affairs, employment contracts and oversee all related activities.
  • To review, implement and improve HR Departments structure, strategies, policies, manuals and procedures.
  • To conduct, perform evaluation of the staff and improve their skills.
  • To ensure compliance with MOHRE and local labor laws/ADEK & MOEs regulations etc. and keep abreast of changes to regulations and procedures.
  • To prepare forecasts/budgets for employment needs.
  • To plan and coordinate the administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • To ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • To provide successful administrative support and office systems within the organization.

Skills Required
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for HR: recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, job evaluation & analysis, performance management, labor relations, and HR information systems
  • Knowledge of systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Management and supervisory skills
  • Organization and Time Management Skills

  • 7 - 10 Years experience in UAE in discharging a similar role.
  • BA/BS in HRM, Industrial Relations or related fields of study
