Job Description :
Our client, a multinational automotive company based in Jebel Ali is urgently looking for an HR Administrative Assistant. Must have strong background/ experience in visa processing, payroll and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Supports human resources department by organizing tests, and interviews with applicants.
  • Update the database of CVs received from recruitment agencies.
  • Follow up the required documents from applicants before their joining date.
  • To undertake all required pre-employment checks.
  • Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and monitor staff absences, annual leave, compensatory off.

  • Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters.
  • Assist in the travel arrangement of guests and staffs including reservation of air travel, hotel accommodation.
  • Assist in facilitating necessary permits/license from the authority, building maintenance, official vehicles, and other equipment.
  • Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed.
  • Organize and manage the visa and other legal documents needed by the staff.
  • Coordinate office services- cleaning, driver coordination, internet & telephone services to be available.

  • To provide payroll inputs and ensure that staff are paid correctly on time.
  • Assist on the process of monthly overtime claims.

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests on a day-to-day basis

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible, resourceful, and efficient
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in multi-cultural environment

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Microsoft suite experience
