Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Taking responsibility, achieve performance standards of the direct reports.
2. Develop strategies on how the Group Companies can improve HR basic functions
a. Source & Select – Streamlining the source and select processes for all employees, same approach across the Group
b. Performance management – propose, introduce a unified performance management process, adopted by the team
leaders
c. Training & development – identifying the training needs, set priorities, create a roadmap making an operational impact
d. Succession planning – plan succession at all levels, high priority for Omani employees, create succession pools
e. Compensation and benefits – benchmark current status, correct, if necessary, communicate the total social equity
delivered
f. Strong process focus enabling data transparency and factual discussions
g. Develop and introduce an employee opinion survey, train team leaders to use the tool to increase employee
engagement
h. Omanisation – find unique ways to double the number of employed Omanis, develop best practice
3. Update, create Employee handbook, HR policies
4. Oversee the creation of one HR admin. System with relevant data and processes
5. Support line management with the budgeting of personnel cost and HR related investments
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Masters Degree in HR, Psychology or related fields, a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent or higher HR specialization will be preferred.
2. Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
Preferred Skills
1. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience of having worked in a Medium to Large Organisation in an HR advisory role and a background of partnering with senior stakeholders within a white- and blue-collar industry.

1. The HR Business Partner would be reporting to the GCEO of Holdings Company
