Job Summary
Oversees the human resources (HR) function for a small / medium office or specialized function. May oversee multiple small offices.
Under the direction from a HR Manager or Director, deals with more complex employee relations/human resources issues .
Trains and educates operations on HR related topics.
Exercises moderate judgment on details of HR systems and HR-related areas.
Performs work that involves conventional HR practices but may include a variety of complex situations and issues.
Refers to HR Manager or Director for guidance on complex issues.
