Job Description



Our client, a tertiary hospital, based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for an HR Manager. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Looking after the HR operations of the company
  • Contribute to the strategic and operational goals of the organization through a fully integrated and effective human resource service, policies, programs, statutory compliance, and HR Operations for the company in Abu Dhabi.
  • Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives
  • Partnership on a wide variety of human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function
  • Contributing to the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business
  • Budgets relating to the Human Resource function- Preparation, monitoring and control
  • Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives
  • Building a performance culture that confirms to the organizational values
  • Dimensions - Managing all employee related issues from Manpower planning, life cycle processes and exit for a manpower Strength about 600 employees.
  • The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphas empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and continuous development of a superior workforce.
  • The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff serves on the executive management team and assists and advises department heads about Human Resources issues.


Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • a degree holder in related course
  • with minimum 8 years of HR general function, of which 4 years in a leading role within a Healthcare Industry
  • Sound knowledge with PMS (Personal Management System), and LandD
  • Sound knowledge with visa/labor card/insurance/UAE Health license
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
  • Knowledge and skills to provide direction for all HR functions
  • With good spoken and written English
  • Willing to be located in Abu Dhabi
  • knowledgeable of DOH licensing and dataflow
