Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources and administration programs; directing staff.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing Directorate accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, Government Authorities compliance, and labor relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining productivity, quality, and staff-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances and risks.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • Complies with Government Authorities & Ministries laws and regulations, and the legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances Department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Procure services and products to run the business with effective commercial strategies and efficient processes.
  • Conducting vendor management, by identifying and designing a set of criteria used in determining which suppliers the company will use.
  • Building and maintaining solid vendor relationships through contract management and procurement.
  • Compliance with the Tender Board laws that affect the procuring of goods and services. Evaluating requisitions for accuracy and adherence to policy. Ensure purchase requisitions within budget guidelines and signed by the appropriate authority levels.
  • Formulate, implement and monitor policies and programs relating to the maintenance of the fixed assets and equipment, the procurement of goods, services and works for the company, storage & inventory management, as well as to provide support services, such as contracts management, mail services & delivery, reception desk and switchboard, business services, catering, insurance, and logistics.
  • Expand the use of Safety & Security work arrangements through greater supervisory and employee awareness about the potential benefits to employees and Heads to improve the work environment of staff to enable them accomplishes their mission in a healthy safety environment.
  • Timely procure goods, works and services and executive general services and maintenance needs with due attention to considerations of economy, improved service and delivery, cost effectiveness and quality.
  • Manage the inventory of the fixed assets of facilities, so that it provides accurate records and reconciled with accounting affairs system for efficiency, ensuring transparency & accountability.
