Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
2. Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as work complaints.
3. Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures and labor office websites and services.
4. Assists with preparation of documents and records required for contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
5. Maintain knowledge and understanding of labor related laws and regulations.
6. Act as internal resource on HR policies and procedures.
7. Responsible for developing, administering, supporting, and managing the reward and recognition strategies, plans and employee events.
8. Plan, develop, propose, and regularly update a cost-effective rewards programs/scheme as and when required to recognize the significant achievements of the employees.
9. Manage employee performance program.
10. Performs other duties as assigned
