About the Client:
The hiring company is a leading facilities management company established in 1984. They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Role:
 Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
 Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
 Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
 Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
 Document all installed equipment upon arrival such as make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary
 Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is need to correct
 Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
 Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services
Male, 40 years old and below
High School Diploma or any relevant course
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in air conditioning and refrigeration
Experience in facilities management industry is an advantage
Must have a thorough understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
Experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of a variety of air conditioning equipment is a must
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols, boiler systems, and reading schematics and work plans
