Description and Requirements

These are your detailed responsibilities:
  • Define program scope, objectives, workstreams and milestones
  • Ensure resources are assigned and coordinate workstream teams to complete deliverables and achieve milestones
  • Track project plans for each of the workstreams
  • Be able to provide status reports, impact assessments on risk / issues and escalations in due time
  • Coordinate to resolution any day to day issues that prevent the teams to deliver
  • Support teams with coordination and escalations to resolve any tasks relating to delivery
  • Maintain relationship with partners and vendors to enable any joint deliveries and track common milestones


Position Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management with experience leading large, complex projects in a technology company on international level (European regions / EMEA / worldwide, etc.)
  • Ability to gather data and make informed, critical decisions quickly
  • Experience in creation of project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (communication on worldwide level, reporting to US manager)
  • Experienced communicator with the ability to effectively inform and influence your intended audiences
