2. Regular Follow Up with clients post counselling on the processing.
3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from activities done. Identify prospects and convert based on discussion done.
5. Learn and understand the various types of immigration opportunities and increase product knowledge.
6. Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients using a friendly, positive and professional tone.
7. Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skill to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
9. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
10. Great interpersonal skills and flexibility in dealing with diverse audiences
11. Working skills including proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Should have at least 1 - 3 years of Immigration sales experience.
- Should have hands on knowledge on leveraging social media to generate buzz
- Must be willing to learn and be passionate about sales and marketing
- Active and energetic individual who knows the value of changing people's lives for the better.
- Should have good listening and communication skills
- Should have good proficiency in the English language and willing to work with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
