About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading beauty institutes in the UAE.
Job Role:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Open to Russian nationality
21 to 28 years old
Diploma or any relevant certificate
Freshers can apply as long as they have good English communication skills, strong and confident, willing to be trained and do sales
Should have their own visa (family sponsorship)
Will be handling customers or leads from ads and convert inquiries into sales over the phone
Maintain good relationship with customers
Should be proactive, team player and consistent in making follow-ups
Candidates with experience from any industry will be considered and who can join immediately will be prioritized
