The Industrial Autonomous Process Change Consultant is a key position in HPS to collaborate in driving growth into an area of increasing interest to our customers. You will use your knowledge of customers, the industry and competition to help customers solidify their desires to operate in a more autonomous or remote fashion. You will help develop the global strategy to gain new customers in current markets and to identify ways to penetrate new markets and channels. You will bring back customer feedback and solution gaps to help define a long-term roadmap, which will include building strategic customer relationships, the identification of potential mergers or acquisitions, joint ventures, and developing other strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
.Work with customers identified by the sales team to create a value proposition and business case for remote operations centers and integrated operating centers.
.Identify solutions like those related to workforce competency and system monitoring tools that can help your customers operate more autonomously.
.Facilitate change management with customers including introducing them to additional consultancies that can support them through organizational change.
.Link customer opportunities to Marketing Communications to successfully launch new campaigns, offerings and integration to existing offerings
.Work with offering managers to build a roadmap that will lead the way to success for Honeywell's future in product portfolio development, partnership, or acquisition.
.Help define the customers and markets which will grow Industrial Autonomous Solutions and contribute to the success of Honeywell's future.
.Explore new customers and markets, refocusing both core business and new product development to target the greatest opportunities for growth solutions
YOU MUST HAVE
.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar
.5 + years of experience with control systems and automation
.5 + years in a Business Development/Sales/Consulting environment
.Master's Degree - MBA / MS a plus
.Working with IOT Solutions involving Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) technologies in the industrial markets
.Knowledge of process control customers as diverse as Distributed Energy Resource, onshore/offshore oil and gas drilling operations , mining operations in remote locations, monitoring and supporting multi-site terminal operations
.Understanding and experience of implementing, operating and/or servicing automation solutions in remote locations preferred.
.Process/systems and results orientated.
.Ability to provide reliable judgment in complex situations.
.Consistent track record of driving results with key accounts
.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
.Ability to influence at varying levels across organizations, internally and externally
.Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
