Insurance Coordinator required- Bilingual
-Organize and follow up on claim submissions, payments, and receivables in order to meet required payments.
-Review medical record documentation and accurately code the primary/secondary diagnoses and procedures using coding.
-Sequence the diagnoses and procedures using coding guidelines.
-Coordinate with external cooperation partners if needed.
-Profound medical knowhow and expertise through work experience in health insurance setup.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.
-Very good interpersonal skills, organizational talent and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
-Strong level of customer service orientation and excellent communication etiquette.
-Flexible and able to work within the relevant time zones.
-Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality.
-Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work.
-1 to 3 years experience
