We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) Solutions Architect - HCE to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and supervise the deployment of entire iMOM solutions to ensure Honeywell Connected Plant delivers best in class solutions to meet customer requirements whilst achieving safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
You will be, in close collaboration with Customer, Honeywell Project Manager, Project Team and Regional Engineering Leader responsible for:
.Successfully leading the delivery of Honeywell Connected Industries iMOM project/program on-time, on-budget, in alignment with the client order and to the full satisfaction of the client unlocking the targeted business value using Honeywell & third-party technologies.
.Serving as technical and functional solution architect for development and deployment of large digital integration project.
.Serving as primary contact for customer for technical & functional solution development.
.Working effectively with the team of consultants, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and third-party solution providers to ensure appropriate solutions definition.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
Project & Services Execution responsibilities:
.Design & shape application architecture ensuring that it meets performance requirements for Customer.
.Establish acceptance of designs with client Engineering team & end users. Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line and articulating the benefits & value to the customer.
.Carry out detailed business process analysis with the customer up to the functional level.
.Lead an agile design in number of sprints with deep interactions with end users through workshops and prototyping.
.Proactively recommend potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering and / or product development group.
.Regularly identify & communicate risk in the project and prepare mitigation plans.
.Provide technical guidance to Project Lead, execution team, and to Honeywell execution partners.
.Proactively support Honeywell Management of Change leader with necessary input to carry out successful adoption of new solution.
.Communicate with internal team regarding technical issues, escalating these early in the project.
.Identify and communicate the product enhancement requests to Product Managers. Ensure right priority assigned to it within the organization.
.Ensure that applicable norms, common processes, standards, best practices, methodologies, lessons learned, and tools are being used within the digital Integration community this to optimize quality, productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Customer Facing Responsibilities:
.Establish single point of contact with key customer project and operations leadership to convey the design philosophy.
.Ensure benefits of iMOM solution is communicated to the Customer organization leadership.
.Work collaboratively with the customer organization stakeholders to define appropriate solution.
.Support and advise through the critical phases like UAT.
.Provide necessary inputs to support customer in the management of change.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor / Master of Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Digital Integration field as a technical and functional Consultant
.Significant understanding and experience (minimum 10 years) in the refinery industries domain.
.Must have a deep knowledge of refinery business operations & processes preferably in manufacturing and safety operations management digitalization practises as per ISA 95.
.Strong knowledge of industry standard technologies in this space.
.Proven experience of influencing customers project team and end users.
.Proven leadership experience in delivering large software solution integration projects hands on.
.Experience in leading / managing third-party solution providers, SME s and driving results
.Solid ability to listen to client needs and adapt to their work practices
.High level of commitment, motivation and a strong team player
.Excellent written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate at customer leadership level.
