Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with a leading Regional Bank and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, Arabic speaking, Internal Communications Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
  • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin.
  • Use social media to communicate with staff internally
  • Deliver presentations at organisational events
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
  • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
Criteria
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in an Internal or Corporate Communications role
  • Previous experience working for an Agency, Multinational or Large Regional Business
  • Experience in developing and implementing internal communications strategies
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic is a MUST
  • Must be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
