About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly-respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products.
Job Role:
Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures especially on perishable goods
Determine shortages on Inventory for stocks at an early stage based on market movement/ activities of consumers
Maintain a documentation approved by organization standards on daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments monthly
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
Open to Arabic and Asian nationals
Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Inventory Manager in the retail industry or group of companies
Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse environment with occasional work in an office setting and outdoors
Excellent communication skills
