Main Purpose of Job:
The function of the IT Specialist is to provide technology related support in an office environment, including the administration and/or support of technology systems essential to the day to day business operations as well as to the company's business solution software system (SAP).

IT Administration And Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications

SAP related experience and knowledge is a must.
Hardware and software configuration needs to have knowledge of hardware and software configurations for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals.
Information security this role requires extensive familiarity with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption
Problem-solving skills troubleshooting networks, computers, and devices.
Website design and modification capability.
Quality of work; must be able to deliver corporate level graphic designing and technical support.
Time management must be able easily move between duties and responsibilities to effectively prioritize and manage their own schedules
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field such as computer science.
Experience- Must possess at least 2-3 years of work experience in IT support roles, particularly in the abovementioned areas of interest.
