1. Provide Technical support to users through phone/face to face
2. Install and configure OS, Software's
3. Troubleshooting issues related to OS, software's
4. Install and configure Network printers, Scanners
5. Expert knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
6. Able to troubleshoot issues related to Network, have knowledge of TCP/IP
7. Install and configure routers, switches
8. Configure IP Phone and My PBX phones
9. Diagnoses hardware issues and troubleshoot
10. Backup and server maintenance.
