About The Role

Here is an opportunity for all of you IT gurus!
Foodics is looking to hire an IT Specialist to be reporting to the Information Technology Manager - KSA.
The IT Specialist will be in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that are used by Foodics, will also be heavily involved in operating our internal business applications and the underlying hybrid cloud corporate infrastructure. If you are someone who has solid experience in IT, seasoned, meticulous IT professional and would like to play an instrumental role in the success of our organization as a whole, we are looking for YOU!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Foodics Internal Information Technology and provide support and training to our internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze systems maintain workstations, networks and software.
  • Develop and maintain web-based applications and recommending future planning.
  • Provide IT proactive and reactive services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure maximum performance.
  • Support in the implementation of Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) project,
  • Manage crisis situations, both complex technical hardware or software problems.
  • Ensure the security of data from internal and external attacking.
  • Ensure that software licensing laws are adhered to.
  • Set up work stations by Installing and configuring computers, Laptops, Servers & necessary peripheral devices.
  • Install and configure appropriate software according to requirements.
  • Setup new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose & resolve problems.
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Minimum of at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role capacity.
  • Experience with On-Prem / Cloud Infrastructure services.
  • Infrastructure of Hyperscale Certification
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and other IT related general topics.
  • Genuine passion to continuously learn and develop different technical and soft-skills.
  • Experience working in fast-growing Fintech companies (preferred).
