Job Description

• Planning and implementation of additions, deletions and modifications to the IT infrastructure.
• Implementing the highest possible network and application security.
• Administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Managing the company's telephone system.
• Providing user training on IT systems as required.
• Managing systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Interacting with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers/resolutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with external parties such as service providers, telecom companies and vendors.
• Building and maintaining vendor relationships and managing purchase of hardware and software products.
• Managing the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
• Ensuring that company’s IT assets are maintained responsibly.
• Updating job knowledge by studying the latest hardware and software technology available; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Safeguarding operations by keeping information confidential and maintaining a high standard of information integrity in all products.
• Providing reports and analysis as required.
In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.
