Job Description

Job Objective
  • Build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. Demonstrate technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
  • Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures related to IT
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Perform other task assigned by the management.
Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an IT support.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
