Job Description

• Implement cross sell strategy, identify & partner with key accounts and enhance market share.
• Lead and direct sales across B2B & channel across the region.
• Define appropriate pricing strategies to ensure cost optimization.
• Lead and manage allocated key accounts to ensure sustained profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage new clients/dealers in the region.
• Follow-up on leads generated for potential opportunities.
• Define and ensure achievement of set targets for the region.
• Manage regional profitability by planning realization and cost budgets.
• Control market overdue to ensure timely receipt of all payments.
• Manage and deliver on key customer expectations related to timely delivery of order in full.
• Deliver on the customer satisfaction parameters and take corrective action if needed.
• You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Knowledge of Dry Mortar product is must along with selling special products.
• Knowledge of plaster machines, daily follow up, solve problems, challenges at sites is mandatory.
