Currently we are looking for a Dubai based Kitchen Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

o  In charge of the overall culinary operations for the back of house and kitchen production.
o The main goal for this role is to ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations. as well as consistency and quality assurance.
o Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on the demand.
o Supervise kitchen crew and organize food orders.
o Oversee the food preparation, recipes, batches and cooking processes.
o Recruit and train kitchen crew in designated stations.
o Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
o Work with the outlet managers and operations manager on the coordination for the new menu items.
o Schedule work shifts for the crew.
o Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
o Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
o Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports. Job Requirements and Qualifications :
o Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or certification from culinary school is required.
o A minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role.
o In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
o Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
o Outstanding communication and with excellent leadership and organizational skills
