Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Organizing and scheduling training and development programs
·Coordinating event logistics, liaising relevant stakeholders internally and externally
·Establishing connections and relationships with relevant stakeholders and acting as a point of contact to a client base
·Supporting programme management of all learning and development programmes
·Supporting activities related to accreditation and licensing with licensing authorities
·Liaising with learning and development team to ensure effective and efficient programme life cycles
·Managing and performing data entry duties in Learning Management System (LMS) as required; and Serves as back-up to the LMS Administrator by learning the basic functions of the LMS
·Monitoring and collating learning and development evaluation forms to enable amendments to programmes be made in a timely manner
·responsibility for coordinating a wide range of training programs to assist the development of staff within different organizations
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
·Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
·Excellent attention to detail
·Ability to work alone and a part of a team by establishing and maintaining effective, positive and cooperative working relationships with alliance staff and others contacted in the course of the work
·Ability to exercise good judgment in making decisions within the scope of the authority of the position
·Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
·Effective written and verbal communication skills
·Bilingual (Arabic and English) is preferable

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPRIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the following :
  • Experience in coordinating training programmes within a professional training services environment
  • Experience in Learning Management systems and databases
  • Experience in understanding the training cycle and learning theory (preferable)
