Job Description

Responsibilities
Day-to-day relationship with customers.
Develop and execute marketing plans.
Analysis of industry and accounts to target, and set priorities to direct the activities of the sales organization and distributors.
Develop annual forecasts and budgets.
Maintain target account profile information
Preparation of proposals and quotations.
Support to major accounts and monitor all activities within those assigned accounts.
Negotiations of major account agreements.
Develop plans to increase high-level contacts at target accounts, through a strategic effort that will increase penetration.
Establish company as an industry leader, through an in-depth understanding of competitive account programs.
Liaison between the operations team and the customer on shipment and after sales service.
Attending regular sales/business unit meetings.

The successful candidate will possess;
o A clear understanding of lighting technology.
o Strong understanding of the marketplace and knowledge of company services/products.
o Result oriented attitude.
o Strong organisational, communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
o Ability to prioritise and manage a high degree of multi-tasking in a fast-moving, often stressful environment.
o Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Proven track record of major sales and account development success in lighting industry.
o Strong understanding of contract negotiation skills.
o Must be a self-starter with ability to manage day-to-day issues autonomously.
o Willing to travel.

Qualifications and experience
Male / Female
25-32 years
Bachelors degree
Minimum 5 years of successful Account Management experience in projects lighting sales and marketing
Saudi Arabia experience preferred
Saudi Arabia driving licence required
Proficiency in English and Arabic
