Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
• Receives products and coordinates delivery.
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

• Knowledge of logistics systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Decision making ability.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Understanding of quality management principles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in UAE required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant field is preferred.
