These are your detailed responsibilities:
  • Logistics Operation
    • Forward and Reverse Logistics Management
    • Forward Logistics Management form FSLs (Forward Stocking Locations) to Point of Usage
    • Reveres Logistics Management from Point of Usage to FSLs (Forward Stocking Locations) and Reverse Hub
    • Coordinate shipments between carriers and suppliers
  • Import / Export Support
  • Manage warehousing & repair partners according to agreed SLAs & KPIs
  • Lead improvement projects to minimize costs, lead time and parts loss rate
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports/analysis and present results to management
  • Enable and maintain efficient reverse flow in cooperation with local & global logistics team
  • Vendor & KPI Management
  • Communication with internal / external stakeholders, carriers, suppliers
  • Drive the operational excellence and cost efficiency

You will report to our EMEA Logistics Sr Manager supporting customers in Turkey. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
What you'll bring/ Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in relevant majors or comparable on-the-job experience
  • 1+ years working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Services SCM is advantage)
  • Strong Communication Capability & Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Professional written and spoken language skills in English
  • Logic thinking and data analysis skills
  • Excellent with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (specially with handling large amount of data in Excel)
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is advantage
  • Able to self-organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Open minded, ability to learn new processes and think outside of the box
