Job Description:
  • Control and schedule of every scheduled maintenance.
  • Analysis of all maintenance tasks issued for man power, tooling, equipment and material confirmation.
  • Monitor and follow up of warehouse stocks to ensure parts availability
  • Reporting and analysis of every AOG condition.
  • Coordination of stakeholders for AOG fault resolution
  • Follow-up and analysis of every deferred defect.
  • Assistance to maintenance technicians with technical support.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is issued to maintenance and received complete and accurate
  • Schedule of short/mid term planning and feasibility analysis.
  • Act as aircraft manager during base maintenance checks.
  • Preparation and coordination of maintenance technicians roster for working shifts availability ensuring availability for manpower needs.
  • Coordination of MRO Production Pace Control Panel for proper escalation and assignation of blocking points.
  • Support the set-up of different working areas and processes in each maintenance station.
  • Evaluation of maintenance shift-handover forms for resolution of occurred issues
  • Track accurately evolution of the on going and completed works.
  • Leadership of maintenance daily meetings and SQCDP panels
  • Preparation of Maintenance control room and KPIs follow up.
