Job Description :
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- • Must have 9-10 years of experience in a similar role mandatory in the financial/customer service industry.
- • Intermediate level of English language (Written and spoken)
- • Advanced level of Arabic language (Written and spoken)
- • Analyze annual customer survey results and plan interventions to enhance the quality of service provided by all Client depts.
- • Ensure participation by sending timely invites to the targeted customers and follow-up with them on a regular basis.
- • Ensure timely update of the customer's database.
