Job Specific Accountabilities
Sales Strategy Contribution Together with the Team Lead, formulate an effective sales strategy and realistic objectives through analyzing insights and market forecasts in order to drive target revenues and contribute to the overall business plan.
Sales Operations and Business Development
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; visit potential customers to prospect for new business, to understand and quantify their requirements and sell the advantages of products and services. Interact with My Station Operations to ensure that customer needs and expectations are effectively met.
Develop customer base with cold calling and mature sales; develop new business and creating cross segment sales in order to enhance the value proposition and revenues achieved.
Prepare Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) proposals and quotations for supply of My Station fuel.
Consult and negotiate the terms of agreement and variations in volume, location and specifications with Team Lead and close the sale with optimum benefits .

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 8 years of experience, including 4 years in the field of business development, financial analysis management, within roles of increasing supervisory responsibilities within the same industry. Exhibit strong results-oriented behaviour Organizational, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Proven track record in managing stakeholders (internal & external) Excellent communication skills with clarity of expression and a persuasive / engaging style. Team leadership and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking
