JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
  • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
  • Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
  • Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner. Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time
  • Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives
  • Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
  • Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.
  • Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.
  • Optimized resource utilization and streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency as well as operational efficiency
  • Worked on Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis and Financial Forecast

Specifications:
  • MBA/ CA, with 5+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Management reporting and analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting, business partnering
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (knowledge of Excel VBA SQL programming skills would be beneficial) and Power Point.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload

Key skills required:
  • Strong proven background in financial reporting, financial systems, managing performance metrics in a complex entity with global reach.
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Solid project/time management skills (ability to multi-task)
