Today, more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third-party businesses. That's $160B in sales, mostly from Small- and Medium-d businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25 years. Selling Partners can list and sell their products across all of our European sites from a single account. This frees them to concentrate on what they do best - finding and developing new products and marketing them to potential customers.
Amazon is looking for a leader to manage the FBA programs in MENA to push the envelope on operational excellence and gather insights that help drive process and program improvements for FBA in the region. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The primary objective of the Senior Program Manager will be to identify opportunities, define and manage projects to grow FBA Active Seller base and FBA Seller performance at scale. You will be working closely with counterparts in EU, India, CA and US to bridge the parity gaps and bring MENA on the roadmap with the central Tech team. In addition, this person would need to accomplish the following:
. Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes that increase active FBA Seller base and improve FBA Seller Performance across MENA
. Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.
. Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
. Deliver high quality business requirements documents and functional specifications on identified product changes, secure sign-off across multiple international stakeholders, and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.
. Define features adoption strategy and lead implementation across multiple channels, including, web, e-mail and new communications channel
. Own certain P&L Line items related to strategic investment areas and balance the costs vs growth.
. Manage and develop a team of 3 program managers in each country to deliver on goals for Selling Partner FBA recruitment and management in FBA.
Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management, strong communication and collaboration skills. The candidate needs to be able to coordinate across multiple work streams, and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions. The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree and 6-10 years of relevant working experience
. Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and operational excellence
. Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity
. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience in E-Commerce, product marketing, or entrepreneurship
. MBA preferred
. Program Management experience
. Fluency in Arabic & English
