Qualifications
  • University degree with excellent academic record advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5 years human resources (HR) experience or experience in service line related role
  • Experience in process management
  • Track record of ability to translate strategic vision into action
  • Operational and analytical problem-solving skills continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong people leader with collaborative style ability to balance needs of multiple stakeholders in determining optimal process design and requirements
  • Ability to liaise between technology and HR communities, translating requirements and priorities
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in service operations a plus
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our offices in the US, Latin America, Europe or Middle East.
You will partner with talent, professional development, human resources and people operations colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of the firm's mobility, immigration and rotations service lines and processes, including their ongoing digital enablement.
You will partner with firm leaders to deliver a distinctive professional experience, inform the strategy and problem solve on daily operational issues and policy exceptionsWhat You'll Do
You will be the go-to person on mobility, immigration and rotation delivery and will work with program/function leads to ensure clear standards and policies are in place and incorporated into process.
You will establish and maintain service level commitment metrics, and develop and maintain business continuity plans. You will own process design and continuous improvement, ensuring processes are delivered consistently according to global policies, while reflecting necessary local requirements.
Lastly, you will manage a team of 8-10 mobility center of excellence professionals, and convene service line teams/communities to ensure flow of information, necessary training, best practices.
