Job Description :
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- • Must have 9 - 10 years of experience in a similar role mandatory in the financial/customer service industry.
- • 3-4 years of experience in people management.
- • Intermediate level of English language (Written and spoken).
- • Advanced level of Arabic language(Written and spoken)
- • Manage the product and services portfolio in line with the strategy for the Exchange.
- • Research current customers and their purchase trends from competitors in the market.
