What's On Our Plate

  • Responsible for creating AM competence scorecard with relevant questions from VNPS survey

  • Identifying training needs of AMs and the entire sales team based on AM scorecard for each AM

  • Dedicated training plan for AMs based on their feedback on VNPS surveys as well as cold calling partners to receive direct feedback on AMs

  • Creating data and training material for monthly webinars with vendors in coordination with Head of Sales

  • Working on roadmap for training

  • Monthly contests for AMs who achieve top scores on scorecard

  • Creating competition and rewarding AMs who are best in class in the sales team

  • Role plays on sales pitch, vendor portal, NCR by AMs and creating one pager documents as standard pitch for all above topics

  • Creating, conceptualizing partner trainings based VNPS survey

  • Setting up a training calendar for the vendors on the following topics (not limited):

    • Vendor portal

    • Menu updates

    • Photoshoot

    • Campaign management on talabat

    • Finance

    • Logistics

    • How can a vendor improve sales on talabat

  • Developing Training modules for sales team based on training needs and preparing them for the next step in their career at talabat
    • Skills on sales negotiations, relationship management, how to be a great sales professional, contract negotiations etc.
    • MS office/ tools training

What We Ordered

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in human resources and a certified trainer from a reputed university

  • Minimum 5-8+ years experience in training a large(60+) sales team in retail, FMCG, e-commerce industry

  • Advanced MS Office / Google Docs skills: particularly with spreadsheets and presentations

  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results-oriented work environments

  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate your business cases and strategic conclusions

  • Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

  • Result oriented professional who has a proven track record of improving team's performance based on trainings conducted

  • Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision
