Job Description :
NADIA is exclusively working with a globally established Ice cream and Cake shop restaurants who are looking for a Marketing Manager to be based with their franchise in Muscat / Oman.
Responsibilities:
  • Setting up Marketing strategy for the restaurant chain as per global standards
  • Preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
  • Product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
  • Manage and update of restaurants content on the website
  • Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
  • Analyze Oman market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue

Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in a hospitality and/or marketing field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role handling Restaurants business within GCC
  • Knowledge of hospitality
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Passionate about networking and interacting with people
