About our client:They started this Bakery caf concept in UAE for more than three decades and tirelessly expanded their retail stores all over GCC with an idea of providing five-star quality pastries, desserts and cakes at an affordable price.
Job Purpose:
The person shall oversee the organizations marketing strategies, marketing communication plans, E-commerce, new product design & development and public relations activities in line with organizational objectives. Responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand presence & planning & executing B2C & B2B campaigns across the spectrum of traditional media, digital, social, PR & activations to drive brand awareness and equity across all business units, trading, corporate sales and eCommerce - throughout the UAE.
Key Accountabilities:
Brand governance: Develop brand vision, mission, and positioning. Create, deploy and maintain brand guidelines manual
Manage the allocation of jobs.
Select and manage relationships with agency partners. Champion creative briefs and artwork development process.
Online: Build social media presence by supporting platform strategy, activities and content calendar generation. Improve and maintain brand website.
Offline: Lead all traditional marketing program planning and execution (media, BTL)
Local Store Marketing: Helps and Supports the Operations team for LSM Activities for the outlets.
Budget Management: Build, manage and report marketing spend budget.
Lead the brands ecommerce platforms.
Strategize the e-commerce plans and guide the performance marketing agencies to execute the plans for better ROAS and Revenues.
Works for the agencies and IT team to develop and manage website design and process flows and seeks continuous improvement.
Select, onboard, and manage relationships with the 3rd party Aggregators.
Ensures great customer experience online and through the call centre team in conversions.
New Product Development
Advises the Management for new products as per the market trends.
Liase with the Executive Chef and Production Manager for New Product Development.
Design the product packaging with creative team and the communications on the packaging.
Strategize the Go To Market plans and involves the stakeholders for buy-in.
Ensures correct implementation of the product and marketing plans.
Follow-up consistently on the performance of the products and make changes when required.
Research Analysis
Engage in regular research and analysis of competitive environment and consumer sentiments / trends.
Analytical, understand the value of data, be able to facilitate analysis in order to understand sales and customer behavior and needs.
Public Relations
Select PR agency partner and manage on-going relationship.
Proactively seize relevant opportunities with key publications (print and online)
Oversee development of creative press assets (press release, feature stories, etc.)
Assess and develop optimal CRM management tool/ process to manage interactions with prospective and existing loyal customers.
Conceptualize and implement relevant events and/ or communications with Operations Management.
Measure event ROI and effectiveness.
Experience with digital marketing social media, PR, on-line from retail/hospitality.
Communication experience (external and internal)

Experience requirement:
Minimum 10 years of Branding & marketing experience (Preferably in F&B or Retail)
Digital Marketing Experience is must.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Excellent/creative writing skills in English.
Team player, enthusiastic & Passionate.
Self-motivated and adaptability
Well versed with UAE F&B & Retail Market.
Ability to lead a team and influence cross functional departments
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications Postgraduate degree a plus
Excellent computer literacy skills
UAE driving licence (Not Mandatory)
