- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends and share best practices, and local marketing ideas ad tactics with the team.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Support the Marketing Department in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, updating calendars.
- Executing events in the branches as planned by Brand Manager and supplier by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements from head office to shop level.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating with respective departments.
- Ensuring uniformity of displays across all branches as planned by the marketing department/Brand Manager.
- Following up with the branches to make sure the changing of displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes has been fully implemented.
- Following up on the monthly promotions implementations and understanding.
